Staff and location - all was fabulous. Extremely comfy beds, a mini bar, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch.

The staff was APPROACHING and my room was very fancy.

Perfectly clean hotel with amazingly helpful staff and an excellent value. Large rooms, above average breakfast.

Location and staff were FANTASTIC, the restaurant was good. The beds were very comfy in the great size bedroom. Positioned in the crowded area.

The staff was brilliant, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city near to the Canarian Museum as well as bus terminal.

No complains at all, a very peaceful experience, would definitely come back. The location is breathtaking, exceptional service, the staff is especially welcoming.

All in all a contemporary hotel and fine stay. All neat, ideal rooms and food. The views from my excellent bedroom were fabulous! The beds were comfy and all in all it was large. I liked the safe area. 25 km from Gran Canaria airport.

Room was really modern, the bed was good, breakfast was absolutely superb. The Irish bar was large and the staff were outstanding. You could walk to the shops and a supermarket. Besides, it was walking distance to Sala Insular de Teatro. It was a really nice time staying at this seaside hotel:)))

magnificent breakfast, comfortable bed, top-class room. hotel was neat. there was a panoramic restaurant, a shopping area and supermarkets next door. also, spar plaza la feria was max 10 minutes walk to.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

It deserves its 3 stars. Excellent location, friendly staff, great views...

We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We ate at el viejo muelle, which is only 900 ft away, it suited our needs. Even the Gran Canaria airport was not so far.
